As we headed to the western state line of
Minnesota, this eerie looking sky greeted us.
This is a close up. You can also see that the
soy beans are beginning to ripen since they
are turning yellow.

It is pouring rain and as you can
see, it is 49 degrees!!!
Can you believe there are seagulls here
in North Dakota?
We found this huge Cargill Malt plant
just off I-94. We saw several trucks
carting in what we assume were corn
and/or wheat for processing.
Say hello to Dakota Thunder, the world's largest
buffalo. Yes, that is Bill under his head!
