Oklahoma City, OK

Missouri and Oklahoma seem to be
home of mega churches. This is right
in the middle of Branson, MO.

The Hollywood Movie Museum, Bransom.

Roadside wildflowers in Arkansas.

"A Tree on the Rocks"
(An artsy fartsy picture)

We visited Oral Roberts University in
Tulsa, Oklahoma. This was his
Prayer Tower.

A cluster of academic buildings on ORU campus.

This is a Praying Hands statue modeled from
the hands of Oral Roberts at the main entrance
to the university. The statue is
almost 30 feet high.

Traveling west in Oklahoma we went from
large, dense trees to smaller and scattered trees.

We visited the site of the Oklahoma City bombing.

To recognize the individuals who died, this
garden of empty chairs was created.
The smaller ones represent the children
from the day care center who perished.

As the sun set, we realized this memorial was a beautiful
and special place.
